1.1 We hope you will be happy with all of the products we supply to you but if you are not we set out below how, and in what circumstance you may obtain a refund.
1.2 Your right to a refund will depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. You will appreciate that our materials are of a high quality and some fabrics are extremely delicate. Our refunds and returns policy reflects this fact so please take particular care when examining our products to ensure your rights to a refund is not affected.
1.3 For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. We will of course offer refunds on faulty goods in accordance with your consumer rights.
2. Goods where refunds are not available
2.1 We will not offer refunds on the following products:
(a) Pillowcases, sleep masks, scrunchies, hair bands and underwear range for hygiene reasons;
(b) products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;
(c) products which have been worn or damaged by you and/or are not returned in the original box and packaging;
(d) Sale items
3. Exchanges on nightwear
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange unworn items that are returned to us within 28 days of receipt. If you require an exchange the item must be unworn and returned in the original box and packaging, undamaged. The exchanged item will be shipped to you once the original item has been received and checked by us.
4. To obtain a refund
4.1 If you are entitled to a refund, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the form at Schedule and return it to us. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
4.2 We will pay the costs of unworn products returned:
(a) if the products are faulty or not as described;
(b) because you have a legal right to do so or as a result of something we have done wrong; In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.
4.3 How we will refund you.
We will refund you the price you paid for the products, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price for our reasonable administration costs.
4.4 International Returns
Please note that any international customs duties and taxes paid at checkout or on receipt of goods are not refundable and you will be refunded the product cost only.
4.5 When your refund will be made.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then we will make every effort to ensure your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
